Rates
- $0 for 15-minute phone consultation for new clients
- $35 for 60-minute group therapy session
- $110 for 60-minute session for individuals
- $135 for 75-minute session for couples
Insurance
We accept Aetna, Cigna, Medicare and all Optum insurances including United Healthcare.
We accept all Optum insurances including United Healthcare through Alma. You can visit their website at https://www.helloalma.com/provider-landing for more information.
We accept Medicare Part B insurance for psychotherapy services through Blue Moon Senior Counseling. You can visit their website to enroll at https://bluemoonseniorcounseling.com.
We accept Aetna and Cigna health insurance through Headway. If you would like to use your health insurance for psychotherapy services, please enroll through https://www.headway.co.
If you have Cigna and would like to utilize your employee benefits, it may be possible to use your employee assistance program (EAP) for coverage.
If you have a different health insurance provider, we can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your health insurance. It may be possible for services to be partially covered. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
We'd recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept cash, check, Venmo and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
