Therapy for Chronic Illness

Does your chronic illness leave you feeling exhausted, depleted and stuck? Do you feel left out when you can’t partake in common, daily activities? Do you often feel isolated, yet also feel the need to hide your condition from others? A person’s well-being is reliant not just on their physical condition, but also on their mental health. While you may be struggling right now physically, you can thrive mentally and emotionally, despite your illness! Your illness does not define you. 

Counseling for Grief & Loss

Grief & Loss aren’t light-hearted topics. Grief is a reaction for any form of loss and encompasses a wide range of emotions such as guilt, fear, anger, loneliness and deep, deep sadness. Every grieving experience is different and there is no time frame or set stages as our culture teaches us. The process of adapting to a loss can dramatically change from person to person. Common symptoms of grief and loss can be physical, emotional or social. Whatever your personal symptoms are, grief and loss counseling have been proven to help.

Counseling for Anxiety

Is anxiety taking over your life? Is anxiety effecting several areas of your life? Have you already tried other methods to help but found them ineffective? When it comes to treating anxiety disorders, research shows that therapy is usually the most effective option. That’s because anxiety therapy – as opposed to anxiety medication – treats more than just symptoms to the problem.

Therapy for Depression
